People blame xabi for this. But you simply cannot defend against barca with 8 outfield players when momentum is in their favor. So a right substitution. Instead of understanding this and respecting coach's decisions he made a full on drama and threatened to not sign his contract

What Camavinga did on Mallorca's first goal is terrible but not exclusive to him. This is the consequences of festering a culture at the club that allows players to take certain competitions/games more lightly, switch off randomly. They know no one's gonna bother about it, no one will hold them accountable (unless it's a big UCL game or a Clasico, but even that's getting rare now). There are no active methods at the club to make sure these things don’t happen beyond the natural, acceptable human error threshold. Sporting merit has taken a back seat. The hierarchy of significance is now set by who looks better in the adidas commercials and not by who is taking an actual game goddamn seriously.
