@BobEndrickk That might be what the team needs playing only one of Vini or Mbappe. I know it’s unfair to Vinicius for all he’s done for the club, but with Mbappe as the main man and Vini’s poor form, the coach chose him. It’s still unfair but I haven’t seen convincing performances with both

The whole context matter tho. He made Vini be fed up with him way before this match. In this match it was just the tipping point, because he was playing way better than Mbappe but needed to leave.
If a coach can't make players buy his tactics, then he is a bad coach.

People blame xabi for this. But you simply cannot defend against barca with 8 outfield players when momentum is in their favor. So a right substitution. Instead of understanding this and respecting coach's decisions he made a full on drama and threatened to not sign his contract

@RealDealPodz People are praising Arbeloa(rightfully so) while bashing Xabi as if he’s the problem. Now that we’re out of the mess, suddenly we’re the best team But in reality, injuries made our squad more balanced. No manager can coach this team unless the front two up top acknowledge issues

@tensosea I’m not just blaming him. In his mind, he’s right to drop and collect the ball. Two issues, though he isn’t as technically sound as Benzema and when he does it, the team doesn’t adapt properly. On top of that, we don’t have any oop structure to fall back to and recycle

@RealMadridPanel The biggest issue is the lack of creativity in our midfield which forces Mbappe to create alot of his own chances. Don’t flip the script now. Our midfield sucks & Vini has a known history with struggling to adjusts so idk why you’re blaming Mbappe when stats show his creativity.

@Sker_Two @ribara999 There’s no evidence to answer that. Not saying Xabi is perfect he’s made mistakes.The issue is bigger than the coach.The squad is uncoachable. You can’t have two players not working off the ball you can’t control games that way. And a midfielder comfortable receiving the ball.

Tye reason we won last few weeks is both of vini and mbappe didnt play so helped out of possession and jude is out so helped in possession. With all them back we are back to square one.

Vini from the first minute defended like a LB whiles #10 was just walking around
#10 missed a penalty and after was out of the game but yes the coach made the right choice to take out our best player that night 😂😂

@KojoCue98 I’m criticizing Mbappé too. But here Vini has more responsibility tracking his runner (opposing fullback) as a winger. You don’t have a clip, so don’t comment if you can’t prove it. Show me a 10-minute sequence where he does that. When he played alone, he made Bradley look elite
