I spent years hunting for the perfect cup, only to find stale bags on grocery shelves. Bean was born from a simple obsession: bringing the world’s most precise specialty roasts to your kitchen without compromise. bean.stipple.site

Most small business websites are launched once and then forgotten. With Stipple, I’m experimenting with something different. A user can get an auto-generated website like: opendirectory.stipple.site Then agents keep improving it daily — copy, structure, SEO, CTAs, and conversion. A website should not be a static brochure. It should be a living growth asset.

One thing that helped me in difficult phases was refusing to stay mentally still. I sat down and started building two products completed, third one underway. Not because it solved everything instantly, but because movement gave me back a sense of control. Dark periods teach hard lessons, but I keep coming back to that line from Game of Thrones: What do we say to the god of death? Not today. For me, that means survive today, build today, fight for one more day and keep going until momentum returns. Small actions matter more than they look.

Unemployment is brutally isolating. Hands down the darkest, loneliest period of my entire life. Months of applying nonstop, giving 100%, and still not even getting a single interview. You start feeling completely worthless. Like you have zero value. Like you don’t matter to the world anymore. Unemployment really sucks 😔

Request for startups: I want an AI agent that plugs into my slack, email, Attio, LinkedIn, granola, etc. tracks all correspondence with our pipeline + potential prospects — and then reminds us to follow-up if we haven’t heard back from them and ingests all relevant context

If AI can replace the worker, the manager, and the analyst, what exactly is the company now?

Big fan of your pod, Peter. AI-native startups won’t just use AI as a feature they’ll design the whole operating model around it. The advantage won’t be “better prompts.” It will be fewer approval chains, faster iteration loops, and workflows built for human judgment only where it actually matters.

A horde of AI-native startups is coming. They'll build from scratch with AI workflows, while big companies struggle to adapt their human-to-human approval chains.

Anyone else using @perplexity_ai comet as their daily browser? I haven’t been able to find anything as powerful. It is by far the best browser agent on the market.

@andruyeung Totally agree. The next big AI wave will not be won by the most technical product it will be won by the one that makes everyday people feel, “I can actually use this.”

Only 0.3% of the world pays for an AI service. There is a massive opportunity to build AI for ‘normies’ — the everyday person who is not plugged into Silicon Valley but can still benefit from what AI has to offer. And I think in-person experiences are the best way to do it.
