@intermedia_net Hi @intermedia_net we've been without phone service for over 5 hours now and STILL nothing works despite multiple updates saying the system should be functioning. We continue to wait on hold for answers. Not the service we expected from you.

All system function has been restored and affected customers should no longer be experiencing the service disruption that was caused by a hardware failure. If your system is still not operating properly, please reboot your system which should return function to normal.
