@3LIASEMRAN My guess it's big leagues investment, beyond the oil stuff and other guaranteed/quick money, but long term buy ins on Syrian society that are contingent on its stability (not necessarily agreeing with how this is trying to be put across by the gov though)

okay so i've split this into two separate ideas:
-do this until guildford, then from guildford go onto the wey-south path to amberley, and then figure it out to either portsmouth or brighton
-instead, walk west to reading on the thames way, then to marlborough via thannet+avon

i think i can go from staines to weybridge on the thames path, go on the wey path to guildford, sleep there then go to godalming on the wey path, then get on the greensand way from there to haslemere. then wing it to petersfield, sleep, then go onto the south downs way to pompey
