It is a biological fact. It is long past time the federal government started treating it like one. Our bill ends the confusion. No federal agency may ask about gender identity on any form or survey. The only options for sex or gender are male and female. Any response outside those two gets rejected. The federal government's job is to record facts, not feelings. It will not cater to ideological fictions over biological facts.
