@ShitpostRock2 The TTRPG Gurps technically any skill increase is a "luck increase" and you can manually buy better skills (its skill system is more reliable). But it has a 'Luck' 'advantages' (lot of 'modifications' too) so you can do get potent periodic/per game rerolls for decently cheap too.

@Fenrirtheicewo1 Another issue is shadow clones divide your total chakra ontop of them lasting quite a while too boot. In reality none of his clones would feasibly ever have down time, its a interesting idea to make him an ex-war hero a bit tone deaf during peace time but thats NOT what they did.

@Fenrirtheicewo1 They should have made him place the cake, say happy birthday with a smile then disappear leaving silence to show OTHER's dont see his clones fully as him. Also pretty sure clones know when they're about to run empty, so the entire scene is just nonsense character assassination.
