@Alex_Oloyede2 GPS signals are 1 millionth of a billionth of a watt on earth. It's like looking at a 50 watt lightbulb from space. Pulsar's signals are 100x stronger on Earth, making them more resilient to jamming with built-in cryptography that protects against spoofing, too.

Prior to fram2, many people were concerned about polar radiation. However, it was actually the South Atlantic Anomaly that contributed a significant portion of our radiation dose. A spike is visible each time we flew along ~45°W longitude. By flying in a polar orbit, we actually spent less time crossing the SAA than we would have in a 51.6° ISS-like orbit.

SatSearch used to be so helpful back when it had 10-20 options for each kind of subsystem. Now, with hundreds of options it feels no better than using google. I now recommend looking at NASA's smallsat state of the art report instead which has a higher standard for entry.

T-6 days to launch for "Daughter Of The Stars" - Electron's 85th launch and first time flying a dedicated mission for the European Space Agency @esa 🛰️🛰️. Integration and encapsulation is now complete, with ESA's 2x satellites secured to Electron inside its nose cone and ready for launch.
