@Ashi_Vrchat I really like faust this patch, I think losing a lot of snip stuff sucks huge time, items being all he does also sucks medium time but he's a mid tier if not outright good faust and faust is fun so its okay

after some more time, i think im coming around on faust a decent bit. he doesnt feel that bad really and he feels fairly interesting somewhat. Item zoning being really strong gives him alot more freedom and its honestly reallllyyyyy good. stupid good in some matchups

This. faust is a bit boring, lacking nuance, and he feels funneled into spamming item super and winning through uninteractable item spam which (imo) doesnt feel good for the opponent nor the faust player to do. Any other meter spends feel punishing or lacking in reward/reason

@LordKnightBB Bed break specifically kinda changed the character in a huge way, he gets new routes with looping !H > 236s break mid route, he can loop that in pressure to build kinda crazy resources to loop even more. I dont think the wallbreaking was the reason faust and bed got the change.

@LordKnightBB Faust & Bedman both get other things out of their break while not needing it to wallbreak properly, error loops/item play mainly. bed beyblade never really wallbreaks & faust just did c.s > 2s > super to break. I think faust & bed are bad examples for this but tatami is annoying

@izi_tb That makes sense, I feel like I never really need to air to air much as Faust with non j.h normals just cause he has so many options, but I can't really think of something j.k doesnt do so it makes sense. I usually use j.d to try and snipe 6ps but I'll try out j.k next time.

@Sky_cloudy57 IMO it is our 2nd best air to air and better than jP. It's as fast as jP, more active, air dashable which leads to better on block pressure than jP, covers more space than jP (and also helps reach areas that jH might struggle to cover) and is the foundation to our best afro mixup
