As an athlete, you need to have realistic expectations for your performance in games. Don’t be a perfectionist. By accepting that it’s impossible to be perfect in games, you’ll do a better job staying calm and moving on from mistakes.

I am going to be honest, the ESPN radar guns are juiced. I DO NOT throw 69, I can say that with complete confidence. I throw CONSISTENTLY 63-66. If I am throwing any harder, my ball doesn’t move and I get hit. Also 66 or 67 for me is when I’m amped up and it’s probably flat😬

Tonight @KatherineJ__12 was recognized by the Millard School Board for her fantastic season. Katherine set a school record with 20 home runs, earned Super State, named to the NFCA all region team and helped lead her team to State for the 1st time in 4 years. Congrats Katherine!

I got an email from a college saying that applicants are asked for “a mentor that had inspired or encouraged them on their path to success” and I was one of them. They sent me a bit that this girl said, it made my day. ❤️ I hope that a tiny bit of our time means something.
