Dmytro recently hit $25k MRR🔥 and got featured on IndieHackers I did some research to see how he got there: 📋1. Be patient and consistent - it took him 4 years to get there, don't expect things to magically work out the first week 📋 2. Shrink your goals to grow faster - going after big things often ends up leading you no where, instead start with small goals 📋 3. Identify ideal customer - it took Dmytro some time and many experiments to identify his ideal customer, and make sure landing is optimized for them 📋 4. Find your one channel and go all in - Dmytro started by posting everywhere first - Then he found Reddit and SEO be his best channels and went all in - probably also getting good traffic from X now 📋 5. Obsess over your conversion funnel - marketing is not only about bringing new users, it is also about analyzing your sign up to purchase flows and optimizing them 📋 5. Build free tools to capture SEO traffic - He built a free "website screenshot" tool with no signup required. Impressions and visits grew steadily over 3 months - He has built many more tools over time 📋 6. Iterate using real Search Console data - search console will show you what people search for when finding your tools, so you can use it to rewrite your pages to directly mimic what people search for 📋 7. Start simple, let complexity grow naturally - he didn't overengeneer and instead started simple and then stadily added more complexity to the code as needed congrats man @DmytroKrasun 🔥

Product Hunt est pas le seul directory. BetaList. DevHunt. Uneed. LaunchingNext. Futurepedia.

ROI is a good way to prioritize mid-sized tasks, but estimation errors (both in duration and in impact) can change the ROI by 2x-5x, so you need a system that understands that and causes you to select the right tasks anyway. Here’s that system: longform.asmartbear.com/roi-rubric?utm…

You got your LLC. You got your business cards. You got your website. You got your .com domain. You didn't get a customer. Paperwork doesn't make you a founder. Revenue does. You're a bureaucrat playing dress-up.

A good friend of mine launched a ProductHunt alternative called @orynth You submit your product for free it gets reviewed and if approved it goes live for discovery. Some founders also enable a live market around the product. Not to sound too optimistic but a market for champsignal could potentialy generate you high 5 figures in creator fees if done properly.

Hot take: Beautiful combination of physical + digital controls. Incredible materials and hardware. But it lacks soul. This interior could go in any high-end off-road EV and fit in. Iconic vehicles are supposed to be opinionated and inspiring. Ferraris are supposed to feel like a cockpit inside- dramatic, tense. They should make your heart race. Even minimalism should hold a purpose, like a no-frills track-focused machine. This is neither. And it's not like there is a screaming V12 behind you to make up for it either.

We look at others, skipping to the last page of their book, forgetting that they had to live the entire book to get there. We’re stuck in Chapter Four, wondering when we’ll get to the good part. longform.asmartbear.com/drudgery/?utm_…

@thisisgrantlee Can’t stop thinking about the potential here if you list Gamma on Orynth. With such a solid product and huge audience, the creator fees you could pull in the high 5 figures seem very real.

Getting telemetry data from an incident locally into a few parquet files, provide claude code with the incident context and using a few "rules" - use duckdb "select ... from 'parquet_file'" - visualize all the information (minute resolution) feels like magic

@Skytopoulos Thanks! First thing they usually find out are the low-hanging fruit keywords their competitors are using to boost their SEO. Then the monitoring is daily so it can take a couple of days before your competitors make meaningful changes :)

@matt_barrie Interesting how Freelancer keeps evolving beyond just a marketplace. Quick question, what’s the hardest part today: matching quality talent faster or maintaining trust at scale?
