Super excited to welcome the team behind Inconvo to Attio. Co-founders Eoghan and Liam built a great way for developers to add chat-with-data to their products as part of YC’s S23. 70 people showed up during a heatwave to build. Last Saturday we hosted the @techeurope_ hackathon at our London office. It was incredible to see so many people building on top of Attio. The standout project was SellFast, a Pokémon battle sales trainer that pulls call recordings and throws reps into live voice battles against actual customer questions. They took the Attio track and the overall win. Congrats to every team that shipped something on the day. You set the bar for the next one.

Outbound = ICP + narrative + timing. Roniesha Copeland (@vercel), says AI transformed what outbound means. The data layer is now actionable, timing is precise, and narrative has a new meaning altogether. It's not about crafting a message, it's about matching it to a moment. The problem is early teams skip straight to narrative before the data foundations are in place. Without ICP and intent first, you spend the next year retrofitting a system built to acquire the wrong customers.

Josh Epstein's team at @coderhq built a metric that predicts churn before it happens. 70/80/90: 70% of licenses deployed across 80% of customers within 90 days of close. Customers with formal onboarding hit it every time, those without hit it only 40% of the time.
