This weekend Freya was selected to travel to Portugal for a competition with her gymnastics club. What an amazing experience when you are only 6 years old, she came away with 3 gold medals and a silver medal! 🥇🥇🥇🥈 So proud of her! 🇵🇹 @staidansbks1 @MrsF_staidansb @Staidansb

Wow what a weekend! Sienna did her first ever dance competition with her dance school & they won first place!🥇 Ava came 2nd on bars, 2nd on floor & 3rd overall in Cheshire & Merseyside & 8th overall in the North West in her gymnastics competition! @MrsF_staidansb @Staidansb

So proud of Freya! She has just passed a 4 week trial at her gymnastics club which means she is now training with girls 2/3 years older than her! She has been training so hard during the summer & is achieving new moves every week! 🤸🏼‍♀️💪🏻 @Staidansb @MrsF_staidansb @StaidansbSMoore
