@rumblevideo knows who is viewbotting but keeps them in the program. Rumble also hasn’t banned anyone doing group metric boosts for those in the program. Not simply sharing a creator to their communities for exposure, but with the sole purpose to boost metrics.

@Lutra_Gaming I've never paid to GM and didn't even know it was a thing. I'm not opposed as it might, just might, mean everyone show's up. I have 4 campaigns (over a year long) left in the wind because people have to adult, it was so much easier when none of us had jobs 😜

I agree—paid GMs are a cancer on the hobby. I've never charged anyone to run a game, and the idea of asking people to pay me to GM just feels wrong.
No GM is worth putting a price tag on the experience, and those who think they are often have an inflated opinion of themselves.

I *HATE* paid GMs. They are just grifting off of people who are either in a position where they are having a hard time finding a game or are so socially awkward that they do not feel comfortable trying to. No GM I have ever played with was so good that I thought "Damn, now I should pay them $20 for the pleasure!" I have been playing D&D for 33 years and GMing for at least 20. Never have I been tempted to ask for money or desired to pay someone else to do it. The greed and ego it takes to think you are so great that you deserve money to have people engage a hobby is beyond dishonest. It is dirty, stupid, and above all, greedy. If you are having a hard time finding a game, check out forums, Discord chats, VTT groups, and other locations. There is a person out there that will take you in, and never charge you a dime.

Streaming pro tip: It's better to be too loud than to be too quiet on your stream. People watching on phone/laptop have small speakers and can't turn you up past a certain point. If you're too quiet, they'll leave. If you're too loud, they can just turn the volume down.

I wonder if the new metrics will come with getting rid of editors picks next month. I’ve seen a few accounts struggle to get their hours, yet weird seeing some accounts that literally thrive on editors picks or getting category features for VoDs.
