@K4M4 @IanRunkle @SandraNomoto New alt materials last long too. It’s more sustainable to use what you have, but in 2022 we deserve better than wearing skins at this scale. Even if it may last long, we can’t deny the production and tanning impact. We should stop buying new leather, period.

@IanRunkle @SandraNomoto @SlayFilm Good quality leather hand crafted products last a long time. I inherited leather belts that are over 20 years old. Products made from inferior materials need replacing more often.
