@JagexSupport I need to know if it is a login lockout issue before i do that. that's why i asked if someone could look into it.

@JagexSupport hi i'm having issues with a specific item drop from anachronia i was part of the login lockout and unsure if that has had an impact or my account is just incredibly unlucky. the dinosaur tooth, i'm almost at 3000 kills and the drop rate is 1/800. can someone check?

@JagexSupport hey i'm getting this screen so i came here to see what to do. but all i can see is support.runescape.com/hc/en-gb/artic… link which says runescape is up and playable. which obviously isn't the case for me. i have an alt that is logging in fine. but this is to my main. thank you.
