@SleepCountryCan@SleepCountryCan - The worst experience with anyone in the market. Spent a lot of money assuming it's a big brand name. The mattress has caused permanent back pains in a year. And the customer care just keep rejecting the warranty claims.

@SleepCountryCan ver upset you aren’t ho eat with your customers. Not everyone can afford to replace a mattress after two years. 🤬
Although the water stains from me attempting to clean mattress (for general upkeep) the fact remains that the issues were there from 2021!

@SleepCountryCan beware! Had a defective horrible mattress and they did nothing because of “stains” after I attempted to spring clean it, to which I stated! They make you do usless things when they can just send tech out to look. Never again! Stick with @LeonsFurniture

I would not buy a mattress again from @SleepCountryCan or @SertaMattresses they do not honour their warranty. Cannot even roll over the depression is so large but it only measures 3/4” so they don’t care about anything else.
