I'm not atty but I have stayed at many Holiday Inn Express & pretty sure they could have skipped the pretrial hearing if so

Seems like they could have saved much time & energy by presenting his confessions and the witnesses he confessed to! 🤔🤔🤔

@amyakeman @DiligentDenizen If you were falsely accused of a murder, how long would you wait to declare your innocence? He confessed, his parents interviews are documented, they will be lead witnesses for the prosecution (but he’s going to plea guilty to avoid trial/death sentence)

I literally heard his uncle say it. I don't think dude is 100% innocent at all. But 30-06 wasn't what hit CK.

The photo of a receipt with card number redacted is totally solid evidence, but the actual footage of a guy who looks exactly like Tyler Robinson climbing the stairs to the roof is not. Got it
