You deadass gave her a manual review, confirmed it was completely fine by YOUR OWN WORDS, then your fabulous AI system demonetised her once again after all that hassle. You guys are actively driving off creators with this faulty system, can you actually listen to the people for once and fix your system? This is becoming ridiculous

After over 100k+ total views across all my posts and hundreds of people supporting and tagging @TeamYouTube on my posts regarding my channel Hoopletics getting mistakenly terminated for “spam” I still haven’t heard anything back from them. It’s been 46 days already since my channel got terminated and if it reaches 50 days I will lose all the withheld revenue on the channel. I had over $1000 in withheld revenue in this channel and it will be stolen away if this doesn’t get fixed in 4 days. My channel was a gaming channel with original gameplay content all recorded and edited manually. There are other channels that make the same type of gaming content and have no issues for years. All videos were monetized and no strikes or issues prior to this termination. I had this channel since 2022 and never had any issue like this. The content was always in the same gaming niche. I truly believe this was a false positive error that needs to be fixed asap. I even filed a complaint under the EU DSA and it has already been forwarded to YouTube but still no response or explanation. I don’t want to be dramatic, but I legit haven’t been able to sleep well at all for over a month because of this and am a complete mess. I loved making the content I was making, I worked 3-4 hours everyday on this channel and it is literally like a part of me just got ripped away for no good reason and it hurts bad. Good afternoon @TeamYouTube, @YouTubeCreators, @YouTube, My channel (AnonymousMike) has been demonetized for nearly a month. First, on 20 February for "Harmful Content Involving Minors", and then "Misleading Family Content". URL: youtube.com/channel/UCOPZb… I have proven extensively in both email correspondences with YouTube and in repeated X posts how these accusations against my channel are completely false, and just another instance of YouTube's automated content review systems hallucinating policy violations. Hundreds of other channels, including animation channels similar to mine, have been kicked from YPP around the same time and for similar reasons. Attached are several pieces of evidence 1) defending my channel and 2) showing the prolonged trouble I had to endure to bring my case to YouTube's serious attention, and being rejected again and again by automated responses without consideration of what I even presented (my first formal appeal, which contained a link to my unlisted video appeal exonerating my channel of any YCG violation, was not even viewed before my appeal was rejected). Additional evidence exists in the replies. YouTube support staff continue to give me an unfair shake. All of my past conversations with Support concerning my demonetization were exercises of futility, as none of my arguments against my YPP suspension were actually being addressed - I was only ever given responses to the effect of, "our team already reviewed your channel", "this decision is final" and, "we understand the frustration of being suspended and thinking you did everything right..." Given that dozens of unfairly demonetized animators have thankfully had their monetization restored, even after numerous unsuccessful appeals (often amounting to dozens), after being told over and over again that their suspension was "final" - I have no reason whatsoever to believe that the same fair treatment cannot be given to my channel. I am thankful to YouTube for remonetizing so many innocent creators in the animation space. But YouTube's responsibility is far from over. 45 days since my channel was wrongfully terminated and still haven’t gotten the help I need from YouTube My channel had 52k subscribers and all I posted was original NBA 2K gaming videos that I created by myself meaning I own all the content on my videos. This is absurd! YouTube demonetized my channel Dyino for “inauthentic content” But when i try to contact YouTube again, now they changed it to “Nudity & Sexual Content Policy.” Same channel,same videos. I make family friendly content. They never told me this… @TeamYouTube
