I run a 3D VR channel with 690,000 subscribers. On February 12, my monetization was suspended for “Harmful Content involving minors.” At some point later, the suspension reason was suddenly changed to “Misleading family content.” Since then, I have contacted YouTube through email, X (Twitter), live chat support, and the contact form, explaining logically that my content does not involve harmful content involving minors. However, I have not received any response addressing those explanations. I believe this is a serious issue. I was told that due to policy reasons, YouTube cannot specify which video is considered problematic. However, according to YouTube Studio analytics, 98% of my viewers are adults.

I suspect a lot of YouTubers are going to be absolutely F*CKED by the end of the year. It won't be viable for a lot of your favorite creators because Hollywood is coming. This is what Mohan wants. "May the odds be ever in your favor."
