Here's some of my original test print out renders of characters that I created for Diddy Kong Racing before when it had a working title as 'Adventure Racers'
I take a look at the original TIMBER character that I created way before he appeared in DKR, (my first EVER polygonal model for the N64) and how ASTROMOUSE evolved into PIPSY. (kinda)
All kinds of ideas and concepts get thrown around at any video game company, and often stuff makes it into a game, and of course many games are cancelled and production is stopped if things aren't right. But nothing is ever REALLY wasted. Often work is recycled or used later in future projects, as was TIMBER and ASTROMOUSE before they both went on to appear in Diddy Kong Racing. Timber was re-worked and became Bipedal, and Astromouse lost the attitude and became PIPSY!

@RedditCFB At what point in the game exactly did Bama “have it?”

@DraftKings There's March Madness and then there's just "madness."

I don't always buy stuffed animals for myself, but when I do it's a generational cultural event. @Gamestop website refused to let me buy via shipping due to "high-traffic". The question now is... do I actually have enough courage to go pick this thing up at store? #TailsDoll

@tko140pt6 Inexcusable! Start the first one around 5pm and stagger them properly!

@gatorsszn You’re still full from LAST weekend? That must have been a lot of crow to eat!

It would be fun if one day they released a collection of Mario cartoons made by DIC and called "Mario Cartoons All-Stars"

@PekomsL @ManletThorin Never knew that! Assumed all the Konami cameos were a Japanese idea from the beginning!

@ManletThorin Snatcher was truly peak. Also, interesting fact: In the Japanese version, the Outer Heaven club was filled with monsters from scifi films and shows, but in the international version, they all got replaced with Konami-owned characters to avoid copyright issues.

The average 90’s graphic adventure game was more risqué than most current AAA devs

No single image of Starfield better illustrates how toothless, gutless, lacking in grit and texture than this one does. I made the mistake of visiting Neon late in my playthrough, excited about the idea of visiting a sleazy Cyberpunk planet. What I found was a clown show. There is something hollow and sad about the entirety of Starfield's worldbuilding and lore, that I can't even bring myself to be mad about - I'm just disappointed. This doesn't feel like a universe comprised of competing factions and people, it feels like a bunch of empty mannequins shooting at each other over nothing. Everything feels so dumbed down and family friendly. All the edges filed off to make everything palatable and bland. It's sad.

@ArgonautGames_ Y’all really sent a fox into space for that commercial?

The ‘60s British Invasion captivated America with music and in the ‘90s Argonaut did the same for games. We developed the Super FX chip, bringing hardware-accelerated 3D to consoles, and Star Fox, which launched in the USA 33 years ago today 🎂⭐🦊

@NBAonNBC I’d like to see the 2000s era logo without the over-trendy light/dark contrast shading.
