The only way to be sure you have an ulcer is for a doctor to take a small camera and check the inside of your stomach. If it's not that, what you're doing is guess work.
First question; How do you know it is ULCER?

guess what guys? this is where the 'women divide families and ruin frienshships' trope comes from. because if he gets a girlfriend or wife now that sets and enforces boundaries, they'll say she divided the family or ruined the friendship he had with his guys.
seen this a lot, also cos many men are cowards when it comes to their friends and families. they'll whine and complain to their lovers all the time but they'll never enforce boundaries. if she helps him do it, she becomes the bad person while he remains the good guy.

@mitteiy And every time women use something to defend themselves laws get made against said items. Hatpins, small blades or guns, in some countries even pepper spray or tasers are illegal. I bet we don’t get gloves like these because men complained about it being too dangerous.

They blame systemic issues on the HCWs.
1. They hate the doctor because they spend a long time before being seen in a public hospital. Forgetting it’s one doctor alone seeing over 40 patients.
2. They hate the nurse because she’s not by their bedside to feed and change diapers every time. Forgetting she’s the only one nursing over 25 patients.
3. They hate that HCWs don’t run like it’s portrayed in movies. Forgetting the HCW here is overworked and underpaid unlike the ones in movies.
4. They hate that the HCWs send them to buy other things and do some tests outside. Forgetting that it’s not even the HCWs duty to keep those things in the hospital.

The urea breath test and H. pylori stool antigen test are excellent non-invasive tools for detecting active H. pylori infection, one of the commonest causes of peptic ulcer disease. High sensitivity, high specificity, very useful clinically.
But they do NOT confirm the presence of an actual ulcer. You can carry H. pylori WITHOUT ULCERATION, and you can also develop ulcers from NSAIDs, alcohol, smoking, severe physiologic stress, etc., WITHOUT H. PYLORI INVOLVEMENT.
Definitive ulcer diagnosis, including location, size, bleeding risk, and exclusion of malignancy, still requires upper GI endoscopy with direct visualization. So a negative H. pylori test does not automatically mean “no ulcer,” just as a positive result does not automatically mean an ulcer exists.
