You guys always act like every ulcer discussion begins and ends with H. pylori. Is H. Pylori the only cause of ulcer?? Diagnosing H. Pylori infection is different from diagnosing an actual ulcer…and an endoscopy is the gold standard.

The only way to be sure you have an ulcer is for a doctor to take a small camera and check the inside of your stomach. If it's not that, what you're doing is guess work. First question; How do you know it is ULCER?

@bobby_taj @OGreat6 One of the advantages ulcer, is that u control what goes in Ur mouth which is a very good therapy for overall body health, if smoking and drinking causes kidney issues, developing ulcer prevents that cause u can't smoke and drink anyhow, so everything has it's good and bad sides

@OGreat6 Does chronic ulcer affect the kidney too? Been suffering ulcer but not I’m having some of these symptoms like pain in my waist and right ribs, unexplained weight loss, dark stool tiredness. I did E/u/cr for kidney yesterday and only creatinine a bit high and filtration low.
