Yeah, they do. You guys have literally won two Super Bowls in the past decade with quarterbacks who were fringe starters —Nick Foles and Jalen Hurts.
Your team is basically the blueprint for winning big without needing elite QB play.
That's a huge credit to Howie Roseman (GOAT GM, btw), who's built stacked rosters year after year. Hurts has had one of the most complete supporting casts in the league for most of his career.

You're not supposed to force the player to switch to level up the pokemon evenly.
You're supposed to keep the pokemon evenly levelled so it makes sense to swap them out when there's an elemental difference.
