@SlumberdownUK Still to receive refund for a mattress topper bought for my 95yr old housebound mother. Am appalled at how you treat your customers. We cannot afford to get another until refunded. She struggles with arthritis & heart failure. She deserves a decent night's sleep!

@SlumberdownUK what is the number for customer service, my mum @lastokes47 has tried 6 different numbers, none of which are answered. She needa to speak to someone anout a faulty electric blanket that is within ist warranty.

Not impressed with the 2 @SlumberdownUK pillows I bought earlier. I expected them to fill my pillow cases - standard housewife - but my cases are far too long. Due to hygiene regs, I'm not even going to be able to return them for a refund. Not happy
