@HooverHelpsUK Hi - we had a hoover washing machine delivered last week and want to check that it is ok as there is a scraping noise which sounds a bit like it has grit stuck in the drum. It might be normal sound but is there anywhere i can send a sound file to check ?

@MerlinapUK i can see you can buy a ticket for alton towers but no pass pre book spaces. Come on its the school holidays anyone wanting to buy tickets will have already done so - you must be able to release some more spaces for the pass holders !!!!

@MerlinapUK Hi - i am having issues prebooking for Warwick Castle with our premium pass. It is saying the booking failed but showing as charged in my bank - happened twice now. Can you help please.

@MerlinapUK i know you are busy but i have asked this question and chased an answer twice now. Its fine if answer is "we dont know yet" but at least have the decency to acknowledge the question. People have accommodation on hold and need to know the answer so we can confirm.

@MerlinapUK Please can you tell us if pass holders will need to pre book for parks or do we just turn up on the day. If pre book when will we have access to do this. With public tickets on sale already we need to know before you, or localised accommodation, gets booked up.

@MerlinapUK Looks like general admission tickets for July onwards are on sale for none passholders. As there are bound to be limits and restrictions for entry at sites - and i guess we cant just turn up on the day - how do passholders get tickets before the spaces run out.
