Friends, it is with the heaviest of hearts that I have to share this tragic news about my nephew. He was the most beautiful boy, who had grown into the finest young man. He had found his place in the world. We are broken.

@lothianlmc Thank you for expressing this Iain. This is so true of primary care just now. We are trying to do the best we can within the current constraints but we urgently need more resource to ensure patient safety and staff wellbeing.
