Flynn sues the previous administration for politically motivated prosecution. ...And the current Trump administration is settling the lawsuit with taxpayer dollars an UNDISCLOSED amount of $. Biden issued the waiver and made it happen as ransom for American hostages. - Another $10 billion through repeated sanctions waivers letting Iraq pay Iran for electricity (renewed multiple times, even loosened to let Iran convert to usable euros for "budget" needs). Total: $16 billion in previously restricted Iranian funds Biden made accessible. Yes, it was Iran's money originally earned from oil sales. But sanctions exist to block regimes like this from using it while they fund proxies killing Americans, build nukes, and chant "Death to America." Biden didn't just "use it as leverage" - he handed over access, freeing up cash (money is fungible) while Iran's terror spending continued and attacks on U.S. forces ramped up.
