@rfc1893 @lindfield_fc I suppose 1 good game a season is alright! 😂 the club will continue further down the mid Sussex leagues. Former players now play for copthorne, charlwood, and other local sides so it’ll be a fresh team at Smallfield. Good luck for next season 👍🏽

@SmallfieldFC @lindfield_fc Hoping so, we've made a few decent signings in the 2nd half of the season so hopefully we'll be a bit more competitive next year. Let's hope he doesn't see that comment or his head won't fit through the changing room door 😂 Any chance of you boys resurrecting a side next season?

Another season done and dusted for us. Pretty disappointing, but could have been worse - we could have been Smallfield. Onwards and upwards in the coming 2018/19 season for us we hope. Congratulations from everyone here to @lindfield_fc on the league title.

@rfc1893 @lindfield_fc Hopefully you can rebuild next season. You had a decent striker last season, guy with the dark hair tore us apart at home! is he still playing? We feel like we were seen as the “millwall” of the mid Sussex but we don’t know why 🤷🏼‍♂️

@WillingdonAFC Well clearly we had enough players otherwise we wouldn’t have carried on this season. Injuries can’t be helped.. the mid Sussex prem has some decent sides in it, we certainly wouldn’t bottle a game against willingdon so don’t take it personally

@WillingdonAFC We drew twice last season 2-2 and 0-0. If we had gone back to the Surrey league last season you would have probably won the league.. just food for thought 🤔
