Je vois tellement de fantasmes autour du halving que ça en devient presque flippant. Voici mon point de vue sur cet évènement : 👉 19,5 millions de #bitcoins ont déjà été émis. Le fait de passer de 6,25 à 3,125 $BTC sur chaque bloc est marginal. Sur les 4 ans à venir, 656 250 bitcoins qui auraient été émis ne le seront pas. C'est significatif, mais de façon lissée : ce n'est pas ça qui va provoquer une hausse des cours en avril prochain. Ou en tout cas pas uniquement. 👉 Le halving a eu dans le passé une influence positive sur le cours, c'est certain. Mais il est aussi à chaque fois survenu à une période où toutes les planètes s'alignaient : macro-économie, intérêt du grand public, etc. Il est loin, très loin d'être le seul à l'origine des cycles que nous avons connu. 👉 Par conséquent, je considère que l'amélioration de la macro-économie et notamment le retour d'une liquidité abondante sur les marchés a un rôle bien plus important à jouer dans la création d'un nouveau cycle haussier que le halving. 👉 En revanche, ce fantasme très répandu autour du halving peut générer la même choses que toutes les belles histoires que le monde de la finance aime se raconter : une prophétie auto-réalisatrice. Il suffit que suffisamment d'acteurs croient en l'impact d'un évènement pour que cet impact ait lieu. Bon week-end à tous !
