@Smarty_37 @HM_Passport Absolutely ridiculous....we’re the same, followed the advice, now to be nearly 4 weeks in and can’t upgrade or change the application, we should be flying Sunday and not holding out much hope.... complained and got nowhere. We have to wait 10 weeks

We are aware that delivery demand is exceeding capacity in certain areas of our UK delivery network. This is causing some scheduled passport deliveries to be rearranged. We’re working with our partners to resolve this as soon as possible.
