Finally had a venue pay today...7 1/2 months after providing a show for them. Simple rule of thumb: 👏pay👏your👏freelancers👏and👏entertainers👏for👏their👏work👏on👏time👏 Now that's done, next is to get the venue who hasn't paid in June to do the same 🙃 #selfemployedlife

It's the first of the Moonstone auditions days today, and using half the lunch break to hang up a costume wash consisting of a tennis outfit, 2 flapper dresses, 3 waistcoats and a medieval maiden outfit. The murder mystery game is a weird one at times 🙃

Toying with putting on another immersive residency in London this year, #immersivetheatre people does anyone have any unique venue suggestions that don't cost the earth to hire? Capacity of 40-60 (could go bigger), ideally not too far away from a tube or train station!

So today me and my partner appeared on a daytime TV quiz, forgot how some people have nothing better to do than post vicious things about the telly they're watching as they hide behind their phone screens. Personal favourite was someone wishing a piano would fall on us 😂

For the first time in about 10 years on a spontaneous theatre trip, I saw @TheShowstoppers again tonight and by god I forgot how much of a powerhouse they all are. Masterclass in long-form improv, musical improv and just incredibly funny. If you haven't seen them, go, go, go!!

It's 11am, I'm currently in leather trousers, 4 coffees in and have the sound of hundreds of kids screaming ringing in my ears. Must be panto time! 🙃
