I know it’s just one loss and they are still 7-5 on the season so it’s not entirely the end of the world losing this series, but this game was winnable with Mitch Keller on the mound. Defense was the reason we lost this game. Padres had great defense Pirates had poor defense. Konnor Griffin should be starting at SS every day. He doesn’t need rest and I’m sure he wants to play. His defense could have saved us today. Oh well. Bring in the Cubs.
