@Coach_Temisan absolutely! the lack of F2F courses and CPD F2F has reduced the quality of coaches and their attitudes/behaviours.

Increasingly, coaches are starting their UEFA A Licence with just two face-to-face courses (the UEFA C & UEFA B Licence). When I started, you had at least 6: - FA Level 1 - Youth Module Level 1 - FA Level 2 - Youth Module Level 2 - UEFA B Licence - Youth Module Level 3 Is this a concern for coaching nationally?

@Secretgrassroo2 The problem is all the plastic academy "teams" aren't actually academies, but play JPL so are a "higher standard" and can dual sign so when they stop for summer/xmas/no game, the ego coaches at their former teams give them game time over the kids who have played all season.

@BullenDP @TheS_Resource whilst I understand your feedback Darren, the poll set out wasn't asking about the various ways equal game time could be impacted, hence my view point. The argument of if a child wants to be there at all, based on perceived effort etc, is a totally different conversation/poll 👍

@TheS_Resource @SmigBWR Equal effort = equal playing time. Otherwise fair playing time which is 50%. Never less though as that would be unfair. If one child from a team of 9 decides to not run, not tackle and not chase players back, should they be garunteed the same playing time as 8 others that do?
