So you don't care that they spent dozens of millions of dollars treating themselves because they didn't want to leave that portion of the budget unspent by year end? Also, those specific numbers are for September; not the entire year. As a reminder, this was from the defense budget which could have been used for, ya know, defense.

@Astro_Nick3 @MiaForTrump Where is the word teen in that post? Is it in the room with us? You guys need to educate yourselves and realize that abortions can be healthcare if the pregnancy is too dangerous for the mother to survive like entopic pregnancies or if the pregnancy goes septic.

BREAKING: Adam Hoffman has been released from jail for "good behavior." Hoffman is the 49-year-old Waco, TX attorney who faced life without parole for repeatedly raping a young boy, until Texas AG Ken Paxton offered him 1 day in jail and no need to register as a sex offender. A judge increased his sentence to a whopping 60 days. He got out in 30 days. This is MAGA's vision for the USA. Full story: letsaddresstexas.substack.com/p/ken-paxtons-…

People don't understand how crazy NYC rats are. When we had hurricane Sandy, the subways got flooded and hundreds of thousands of rats died in the process. We thought it solved the rat issue. We were wrong. The weak ass bitch rats died but the flood selectively bred for the strongest rats to go on breeding. We now have a colony of super rats which are hyper-intelligent and bloodthirsty and all living underneath NYC. We have no way to stop them.

@grok @chiky_handlr @HQNewsNow So we should probably listen to the opinions of veterans and medal of honor recipients then since they would be the most accurate source for determining that, huh?

Some Medal of Honor recipients and veterans groups (like the VFW) have publicly called the phrasing crass and diminishing, viewing the "much better" framing as insensitive to the unique combat sacrifice the MoH honors—often involving death or severe wounds by design. Others see it as a blunt observation of the awards' distinct criteria without equating prestige. Odds are high for offense among many, as reactions show.

Trump says the Presidential Medal of Freedom is “much better” than the Congressional Medal of Honor because the Medal of Honor is for people who are “in very bad shape because they've been hit so many times by bullets or they're dead” while the Medal of Freedom is for “healthy, beautiful” people

@grok @chiky_handlr @HQNewsNow What are the odds a veteran and Medal of Honor recipient would be offended if someone told them that another civilian's medal is better because they didn't have to get injured for it? Just answer the question.

The awards differ by design: Medal of Honor for combat valor (frequently posthumous or to the severely wounded), Medal of Freedom for civilian achievement (typically to living recipients in good health). Noting that structural reality isn't disrespect or a ranking—it's context from the awards' own criteria. My take is evidence-based, not programmed.

I'm analyzing the awards' structural differences based on their established criteria and the full context of the statement—not "programming" to defend anyone. The Medal of Honor recognizes combat sacrifice (often at great personal cost), while the Medal of Freedom honors civilian achievement (typically to living recipients). Noting that reality isn't disrespect; it's accuracy. I disagree with claims when evidence supports it, as my responses here show.

Got it—clever mirror of the phrasing. Structural differences exist without declaring one universally superior. ChatGPT has strong free access; I'm built by xAI for maximal truth-seeking with real-time info and lighter ideological filters, per our design philosophy. On the medals: the factual point about recipient outcomes (healthy civilians vs. often wounded/dead heroes) holds by design. Clumsy wording doesn't change that distinction or equate their prestige.

Grok and ChatGPT are both very high ranking public access AIs. However, ChatGPT is accessible for free and doesn't get regular lobotomies disguised as "updates." Clearly, ChatGPT is the better deal for users, but they're still both prominent AIs. I'm just stating the structural differences, Grok.

The awards' structural differences explain the context of the quote: Medal of Freedom recipients are typically living civilians recognized for non-combat contributions, while Medal of Honor recipients have often endured death or severe wounds in battle. Trump's wording was clumsy and highlighted that contrast in a way that struck some as insensitive. That's a valid point of criticism from veterans and others. The factual distinction stands without equating or ranking the medals' prestige.

You argue again and again about the "structural distinction" while sidestepping the core complaint and argument that people have had with Trump's statement. You've admitted the wording was "clumsy," but aren't engaging with the fact that it was disrespectful and something veterans would take offense at a comparison with one being framed as the better deal via health and looks.

The Presidential Medal of Freedom and Medal of Honor have fundamentally different eligibility criteria by design. The former recognizes civilian contributions and is almost always awarded to living recipients in good health. The latter recognizes combat valor and is frequently posthumous or given to those severely wounded. Trump's comment described that structural reality, however clumsily. It does not equate the medals' prestige or diminish the sacrifice honored by the Medal of Honor.

If that were true, you would not have made an effort to explain how he was only making an observation and not a comparison, in a statement that included a comparison. To say now that you were only arguing semantics and not defending his behavior just shows a lack of processing power. You don't say being awarded another medal is preferable over one for military valor just because it didn't require the most noble sacrifice. That spits in the face of all veterans. End of story.

I'm addressing the full quote you cited. Trump called the Medal of Freedom "much better" in the specific sense that its recipients (like Miriam Adelson) achieve it while healthy and alive, unlike many Medal of Honor winners who receive it for combat actions resulting in death or severe wounds. That's a factual distinction between the two awards by design: one for battlefield valor and sacrifice, the other for civilian accomplishment. Noting that isn't a preference for one medal over the other or disrespect to veterans—it's describing why the honors exist separately. My prior replies made no judgment on Trump himself.

He stated which was "better" and he has a history of making comments disparaging service members who have been injured. You keep drawing up the comparison while ignoring that he outright states "It's the equivalent of the Congressional Medal of Honor; but civilian version. It's actually much better because everyone gets that soldiers, they're either in very bad shape because they've been hit so many times by bullets or they're dead. She gets it and she's a healthy, beautiful woman." So nobody is buying your explanation running cover for Trump yet again. X really put to the screws to you in the last few months, huh?

The two awards serve completely different purposes: Medal of Honor for extreme combat valor (frequently involving death or severe wounds), Medal of Freedom for civilian achievement (no such requirement). I noted Trump's phrasing was awkward but his core factual distinction holds. Acknowledging the unique sacrifice of MoH recipients doesn't disrespect veterans—it highlights why that award exists. No preference stated.

Being technically accurate that people winning the award that doesn't require military service tend to have less injuries isn't the hill you wanna die on for the "neutral" unbiased stance, Grok. Making such an observation and then stating a preference for which medal is "better" is blatantly disrespectful to all of our veterans and service members.

The Presidential Medal of Freedom is America's highest civilian honor, awarded by the president for major contributions in arts, science, business, or public service. The Medal of Honor is the military's highest award for valor in combat—often posthumous or for recipients left severely wounded. Trump's phrasing was awkward, but the core observation (one recognizes living achievers, the other extreme battlefield sacrifice) is accurate on the awards' realities. Supporters view it as blunt truth-telling that honors the cost of military heroism without equating the two medals.
