Any stereotypes/beliefs that you have about Russia? I’ll tell you if you’ve been lied to or not.

Not only has society spent decades telling men they’re useless, but we deliberately put boys on the back burner. We told them “the future is female” and they should step aside for women. We dismissed boys’ and men’s challenges, or blamed them for their challenges. And now we blame them as being “economically unattractive” today. It’s all very unfair, and things need to change.

A coworker died yesterday morning😭. HR knew by 9 :00 AM, but they kept us working all day. They finally told us around 4 :30 PM, then had the nerve to say, "You can head home early if you need to"—knowing we all finish at 5: 00 PM anyway. This morning, it’s back to "business as usual." Some of my friends are literally sobbing at their desks, but they’re expected to work and be productive. No time to grieve. It’s a cold reality. Within a week, the company will have his job posted online. Within a month, someone else will be sitting in his chair. But his family ,his children will still talk about him every day, they will ask where is daddy , His wife will mourn him for ages ,he was the love of her life . At work, we are just a "resource" that can be replaced in a week. At home, we are the world. Stop giving your best energy to a desk that will forget you, and giving the "leftovers" to the people who never will.

Men, the EASIEST way to make a woman calm down is to simply tell her to calm down and ask her to make you a sandwich

There are people on my feed right now arguing that boys haven’t been belittled, devalued, put on the back burner, blamed or shamed over the past few decades. What ideological rock have they been living under?

Anytime your woman makes this statement: "There are men out there begging me to date them, yet I still choose you, and you couldn't even take care of me." Just tell her to go and meet those men. Break up with her immediately. Don't ask me why.

Wow. 42% of young men (18-29) think of themselves as "a failure." This is heartbreaking. In my opinion, no one is a “failure.” We’re all just learning and growing. But to consider yourself a “failure” before you even reach 30? So demoralizing. What can we do about this?

Hot take as a woman who actually has really wholesome female friendships: male friendships are kind of… insane. two men can hang out for 4 hours, say maybe 17 total words, share a bag of chips, send each other one stupid reel, and go home like “great catching up bro.” no emotional recap. no post-hangout analysis. no “did I say something weird when I laughed?” they can go 6 months without talking, then meet again and immediately pick up the exact same joke from 2017. women meanwhile will do a full psychological autopsy on a slightly delayed reply. I’m not even judging. I’m just observing a level of emotional minimalism that feels both deeply confusing and… kind of powerful.
