First bird of my day: starlings chortling on the roof, making all sorts of noises as the gardens across their territory are blooming and spring equinox has arrived. #firstbirdofmyday #whatsyours

Name the song I met him in a cell in New Orleans, I was down and out He looked to me to be the eyes of age As he spoke right out. He talked of life, talked of life, he laughed, slapped his leg a step.

Name the song Just like an old time movie 'Bout a ghost from a wishin' well In a castle dark or a fortress strong With chains upon my feet You know that ghost is me And I will never be set free As long as I'm a ghost you can't see

First bird of my day: a jackdaw walking up a roof with a stick and then diving into what is obviously its home. When I looked around, every roof had a jackdaw carrying a nesting stick and doing similar things. #firstbirdofmyday #whatsyours

A big thank you to @WesthamVan1 for putting together a playlist to accompany the #1977singlespoll What a year it was for music! Enjoy! 💥
WestHamVan@WesthamVan1

@jillwebb2005 open.spotify.com/playlist/1sJ0P… Not as many songs as there were in total in the whole poll. If I didn’t know one, it didn’t get in the playlist. 1977 was my first year listening to music so the emphasis is on punky stuff. Hope people enjoy.

@1968Tv Remember Robson's early goal against France, also 82 was the first time I watched a game in a pub, a 0-0 between Yugoslavia and N Ireland. Only other thing I really remember is Schumacher taking out Battiston in the smi final.

The 1982 World Cup was fantastic and brings back so many great memories, as a 15 year old, I would run home from school and get in just in time to make the 4:15pm kick offs, Bryan Robson’s early goal for England against France will live long in the memory, but so will one of the greatest World Cup games of all time, the great Italy 3-2 Brazil game. One amazing World Cup, and one amazing game. #WorldCup
