Unipeg's deeper claim is ontological. It asks what it actually means for a digital thing to exist. NFT today treat existence as an event: something is minted, stamped into a registry, and from then it stays unchanged forever. Unipeg rejects that frame. Your unicorns are never minted: they're implied by your balance, summoned into being the moment you hold UPEG, and burned the moment you don't. There is no transfer, only presence and absence. A buyer doesn't receive your unicorn, your unicorn ceases, and a new one is conjured for them by the very swap that took the tokens. The market itself becomes the artist, which means the art isn't authored by a creator but co-authored by every trader who ever touches the pool. Each swap is a brushstroke. The artifact needs no team, no website, no continuing maintainer to remain. It is self-authenticating, recoverable from its own on-chain existence. The thesis, in the end, is that fungibility and uniqueness were never opposite primitives demanding separate contracts. $uPeg 和 图币协议 传统NFT 1.0时代，时间是钻石手的敌人。比如你今天买了Mfer，随着市场板块的轮动和流动性衰减，你的Mfer是贬值的，等你亏的差不多了想出后，可能需要几天的时间，并且是打折出售。 NFT 2.0 时代 $uPeg 设计中，时间是钻石手的朋友，mev攻击和套利者、波段手、新holder增加都被考虑进了这场游戏。而游戏的主题是first is the first以及血统论。 攻击者下发ak47，使得原始人都开始枪械决斗，大家都拿枪了等于没拿，都作弊等于没作弊，稀有度概概念被抛弃，转向血统论，first is the first。而稀有度本身又是动态的；同样牌子的酒，新酒没有老酒醇香。 粉尘率随着时间而变大的，出图的概率变小。 新holder增加，加剧碎片化，实际可生成NFT的总数量变少。 后期会导致NFT相对于币价产生溢价，并且随着时间，溢价会增大。 出售NFT可以选择挂单或者burn了，挂单没啥影响，和传统NFT 1.0一样，只不过越老的会越好出手； burn了的话，其他holder笑嘻了。 所以 $uPeg 不适合弱手，不适合钻石手，适合化石手。传统NFT和图币协议拿着拿着就归零，$uPeg 不仅不会贬值，还会增值。

The Authorless Object：hadrian 怎么吸收一次攻击 5 月 2 日深夜，0xhadrian.eth 自己的网站上多了一篇 essay。标题叫 "The Authorless Object: What the Market Made"。 之前那里只有三篇："On v4 and new tokens"、"On decentralization"、"On cypherpunk"。这是第四篇。 第四篇不长，2000 多字符英文。核心论点也不复杂： 当一个系统产出物品，作者是谁？Sol LeWitt 写指令，别人执行，他声称作者权。Art Blocks 让艺术家写算法，收藏者 mint。这两种情况里，人都做了关键的美学决定。但当输出完全不由人为美学决定，而是 block timestamp、validator 的随机性、swap 计数、陌生人交易历史的累积，没人在做艺术。买家在买代币，validator 在打包，开发者写的是条件不是输出。"The authorship question does not resolve into a person or even a group. It resolves into a process that nobody controlled." 这是一篇关于 unipeg 作品本体论的 essay。 但放在这个时间点发，它就不只是 essay 了。 — 10 小时之前，5 月 2 日 22 点到 23 点之间，有人对 unipeg 发起了一次原子批量稀有度提取。攻击者 EOA 自己部署了一个攻击合约，每次付 0.85 ETH，atomic 一笔交易内：从 V4 池子单笔买入 100 整枚 uPEG 触发 100 mint，评估每只 seed 找最稀有那一只用 transferUpeg 转走，剩下 99 只 swap 卖回 V4 burn 销毁。每 4 分钟一个完整循环。V4 PoolManager 持仓从攻击前的 17%+ 跌到了 6.47%。 这个攻击不是合约 bug。它是 unipeg mint 阈值机制可以预见的结构性攻击面，单笔 swap 进 N 整枚就 mint N 只、用 transferUpeg 转走具体 ID 不受限、剩下的 swap 出去 burn，三步合约都按设计运行。 所以 hadrian 怎么处理。 按常规只有两条路：换 hook 加 anti-batching cooldown，或者 destroy peg2peg 断套利出口。两件事都跟他自己 essay 里讲的 restraint 直接冲突，On decentralization 通篇在讲：下一阶段去中心化的关键词是克制，做得到也不做。 但他选了第三条路。 — 链上事实：unipeg 主合约 owner 已经 renounce，是 0x0。 也就是说他物理上不能换 hook、不能换 imageParamsProvider、不能换 randomSeedProvider。这些 setter 都标了 onlyOwner 修饰符，owner 是 0x0 的合约谁都调不动。这个事实已经在 4 月底就成立了，跟攻击事件无关。 所以严格说他的选项不是：两条 + 第三条。是两条都不可走。剩下能动的只有他没 renounce 的部分，peg2peg market 合约，他在 4-30 把 ownership 转给了一个独立的二级地址，但合约本身的核心交易逻辑改不了。 p2peg 现在每只独角兽的详情卡上多了两个分数：VISUAL SCORE 和 AGE SCORE。VISUAL 是原来那套，5 项特征是否齐全决定的视觉稀有度。AGE 是新的，按当前持有者持有这只独角兽的连续时长打分。 机制效果直接：原子批量提取出来的稀有独角兽，在新维度上慢慢变成普通货。攻击者用 4 分钟提取一只 mythic，AGE SCORE 是 0。一个 4 月 15 日 mint 出来到现在没换手过的普通组合，AGE SCORE 已经累积到几千。同样视觉稀有度的两只独角兽，一只 AGE 0，一只 AGE 6648，p2peg 上挂出来的语义完全不同。 这不是合约层修补，是定义层修补。 — hadrian 发了一篇 essay。一篇看上去跟这次攻击无关、讨论生成艺术作者权的哲学短文。 把 essay 跟 age trait 放在一起读，姿态就清楚了。 essay 在重新定义作品是什么。它说：unipeg 的真正作者不是 hadrian，不是写 hook 的人，也不是个别买家。是整个市场过程，所有 swap 的累积、所有 transfer 的累积、所有 block timestamp 的累积。在这个 framing 下，攻击者也是共同作者。他没有破坏任何东西，他只是在以一种特定方式参与作品的生成过程。 age trait 是这个 framing 的执行层。它说：作品记录所有过程信息，包括"是不是被人 4 分钟内反复洗过"。视觉稀有度记录的是 mint 时刻的 randomSeed，AGE 记录的是 mint 之后的全部交易历史。两个维度合在一起，每只独角兽自己讲自己怎么来的。 这不是反击攻击。这是把攻击吸收进作品的可见层。 攻击者还是能继续提取。但他提出来的稀有独角兽，每一只都带着 AGE 0 这个标记进入二级市场。这个标记不是骂他、不是封他、不是限制他。是让他的痕迹被作品自己记录下来。 — 跟换 hook 比，这条路是反过来的。 换 hook 是项目方介入、保护用户、跟攻击者博弈。是作者权的强化，hadrian 重新拿回控制权来修补 bug。 age trait 是相反的。它把什么算稀有的定义权进一步交给市场过程本身。攻击者的痕迹也是市场过程的痕迹，不删除，不掩盖，写进作品。作者权的进一步放弃。 这跟 essay 的标题刚好闭环：The Authorless Object。无主作品。一个连作者都没有的对象，如何能被攻击？只能被参与。 attack 在这个 framing 里不是 attack，是 participation pattern。 — 这是高维度反制。它不依赖 hadrian 还能动合约、不依赖封锁攻击者、不依赖修复机制（机制按设计运行没什么可修）。它依赖的是定义权，作品的语义可以被重新框定，而不是合约的字节码。 读完那篇 essay 再看 AGE SCORE 显示在 p2peg 卡片上，就明白了一件事：hadrian 没有在跟攻击者博弈。他在用 essay + age trait 同时完成一个动作，把攻击者写进作品的目录里。 — 攻击者的 EOA 还在 5 月 3 日继续动。每 4-6 分钟挂单调整，已经不是高频提取了。可能在等 V4 池子里再积累足够整枚 uPEG，可能在出货库存。具体怎么走还没定。可能他也明白了，再提取出稀有款，他手里的就不稀有了，也就没有溢价了。 但不管他后面怎么走，他每次提取的独角兽都带 AGE 0 进入市场。这个标记永远跟着他提的每一只走。p2peg 卡片上展示，未来如果有新的二级市场也会展示。 合约改不了，定义可以改。 The Authorless Object，能记得自己的来历。 — essay：直接 ENS resolve 0xhadrian.eth 看 contenthash，第四篇。 不是投资建议，做好自己的研究。

关于 uPEG 那个所谓BUG闪电贷攻击事件，我顺着链上扒了一下。 事实跟传播出来的版本有一些偏差，顺手记一下。 攻击者是 EOA 0xcc76bafA5f14377D0A9606530De87d2c2516F2Df，自己部署了一个攻击合约 0x182779f2ebb6cD934Ed21BeCa943A46f0674444C。EOA 是合约的唯一调用者。 我拿了一笔代表性 tx，5-2 23:16 那笔。一笔 atomic tx 内： - mint 100 只独角兽 (OnUpegMinted × 100) - burn 99 只 (OnUpegBurned × 99) - transferUpeg 1 只稀有的给 EOA - gas used 10,674,996 (一个 block 上限的 1/3) 工作流是：攻击合约从 V4 池子单笔买入 100 整枚 uPEG → 触发 100 mint → 评估 seed 找最稀有那一只 → transferUpeg 转给 EOA → 99 只 swap 卖回 V4 → 套差价。 严格说这不是闪电贷。没用 Aave、Balancer 这些借贷协议。EOA 自己出 0.85 ETH 当垫资，atomic tx 内部 swap 进 swap 出回收本金，本质是 atomic batch rarity extraction 原子批量稀有度提取。 也不算低 gas。10.6M gas 一笔在主网很贵，但只要稀有度溢价大于 gas + price impact，就跑得通。 V4 PoolManager 持仓从攻击前 17%+ 跌到现在 6.47% (646 只)。攻击节奏 ~4 分钟一个完整循环，5-2 22-23 时段高频运行，当前原子批量稀有度提取操作已经暂停。 目前在做 peg2peg 挂单管理。 最后一点，这不是合约 bug。 这是 unipeg mint 阈值机制的结构性攻击面 ，单笔 swap 进 N 整枚就 mint N 只、用 transferUpeg 转走具体 ID 不受限、剩下的 swap 出去 burn ，三步合约都按设计运行，没有任何一步是漏洞。任何能读源码的人都能看出来。 目前官方加入了持有时间权重作为稀有度判别标准，看后续市场怎么解读。

Everyone's fudding $uPEG as if something had been altered by devs themselves, or that somebody found a way to 'exploit' the game. Neither are true. The game hasn't changed since it was deployed 17 days ago. Think of day 1 as the 1st Edition Unipegs. Somebody made a tool to reroll upeg's, allowing them, for a small gas fee, to consistently reroll for traits that WERE perceived as being rare - the consequence is that you have to reprice that same perception of rarity. Suddenly you got 'flooded' with bichromes, so maybe they're not worth as much of a premium, that's logical. And if participants shift perception to "trichromes are the best", then the game shifts, again. This is nothing but arbitrage, nothing new to the markets. But there's something you can't reroll for - Age & Identity Throughout the process of collecting, some collectors will choose some upegs over others, they'll hold them closer than they would've otherwise held other upegs, they'll become older, they'll 'age like fine wine' - and that's where rarity and scarcity lies, indisputably. (this incentivizes earlier holders to list their upegs and sell them OTC, rather than sell the token into the LP, because they have, in fact, the rarer upegs that can most definitely be sold above floor price - this translates in less sell pressure) Pokémon TCG is one of the best performing assets in recent years, we're all aware of the ridiculous prices a Charizard 1st Edition can sell for. There's multiple copies of Charizard 1st Edition in circulation, their supply will not increase but their demand has increased. Day 1 Unipegs will never be minted again, the traits they have are by design, whether you CHOOSE to consider them rarer or more common than others. (if everyone rerolls for bichromes, then previously common traits become inherently rarer) All this selling from $30m to $15m mcap resulted in ALOT of people giving up upegs that were being held for days, they were literally burned, you can't ever get that same upeg, with that same age. Just like you can't print another 1st Edition Charizard. (all of my upegs increased in rarity as people traded theirs away, they're aging like fine wine) The longer you hodl, the rarer your asset is, just like the 1st Edition Charizard. $upeg @unipegv4
