@HarryHindsightS @oddsvantage @betangel This is the first time I've seen a logical explanation for their approach to this. I've asked BF many times why they do this and just got "it's the rules" back. Thanks. Doesn't make it any easier to bear but at least I now understand why.

@oddsvantage @SmithLondon @betangel (cont) I think it goes back to the systems being designed before keep and take sp bets were "invented" so the system was never designed to take account of them and they found they cant do it retrospectively without spending a lot of money so easier for them to just void

@betangel @HarryHindsightS @oddsvantage If they can void based on when a bet is matched I would have thought it wouldn't take much to switch the basis to when it was placed 🤷🏻‍♂️ But I'm resigned to the process.

@SmithLondon @HarryHindsightS @oddsvantage They could solve a lot of problems, but as Harry says, they haven't invested in those solutions.

@HarryHindsightS @oddsvantage @betangel I've asked them several times if they would/could change this. Never get a response. Makes your final position a lottery when this happens.

@oddsvantage @betangel Yes but any Take SP bets placed before the off but matched after the off are voided. They should have the infrastructure to truly roll the market back to the off time status not a half arsed roll back Financial markets can do this, Betfair just choose not to invest in it

@BetfairCS hi once again the race status is not updating for the UK horse racing. This has been a daily problem for over a week. When will you sort a permanent fix? Clearly what you are currently doing is not working.

@BetfairCS @Faithful_FPL Hi @BetfairCS these issues have been happening sporadically for the last week. They occured at Wolverhampton last night, and there are issues again today. Uttoxeter 12:55 race status not updated since 11:34 for example. Can you raise again please!

@BetfairCS you have race status at Lingfield as 'Dormant' still, despite the fact the fist race (12.25) has just started. Is this going to be an issue all day?

@betangel Part and parcel of it sadly. I do wish they would handle slightly differently the voiding of bets placed to take BSP if unmatched at the off that end up getting matched after official off but I think that's unlikely to happen.

@virginmedia hi your broadband has been off and on all day here in South London. No prior mention off any work being carried out in the area or on your website yet there are technicians working up and down the street. What's going on?
