Asian lady who works at Banfield pet Hospital on Park Ave in Tustin should be fired, her attitude and tone with customers is inexcusable. I was in line and watched her absolutely do nothing for all three customers in line, including myself with a nasty tone in her voice.@banging

Asian lady working the Tustin store on Park,RUDE,condescending,would not help me with my pets prescription diet. My vet closed unexpectedly,needed 1 refill until I could get another RX.She refused said it’s impossible.the other location gave me 1 refill no problem @Banfield
