@Smithrite Do trucks even try to drive in the slow lane anymore? Your truck number 127 drove in the fast lane for 4 km on Scott Road today and no idea why. He never turned left while I was on Scott Road

Since @Smithrite took over recycling from @CityofVancouver, I've had 4 recycling bags go missing. Found out why recently: watched collection and they don't ensure bags are pinned under boxes. I can only have 2 bags/yr free then have to pay for THEIR carelessness.

@Cat3Mike @CityofVancouver Hello Michael. If cardboard is too large for the bag, you can flatten and cut it no larger than 30" x 30". After that, please stack it and securely place it beside or between your recycling containers. Thank you

@CityofVancouver it's a pain, and pretty much impossible, to fit diaper and Costco boxes in yellow bags. Can I just leave big folded cardboard near bluebin for curbside recycling day pickup?

G*d damn it - someone stole my yellow recycling bags AGAIN. Hey @CityofVancouver I’m all in favour of saving $ by contracting out, but by allowing @Smithrite to charge $5/bag you’ve created a black market for something that costs 10 cents to produce. Fix this please!!!

@CityofVancouver Here’s how contracting out works. Your recycling isn’t picked, so you call the city; they say call the contractor; contractor gives you long voice message that has nothing to do with your problem. Whose interests are served?
