@_Le_taha @DisneyPlusHelp I get that geo-blocking is common, but the other streaming services that I use let me access my account no matter where I am. Why should Disney+ be any different? I paid for a full year of Disney+ and should be able to use it, no matter where I am.

@SmitiKiri @DisneyPlusHelp Normal, most streaming services do geo-blocking for some it’s just for content libraries for others its even access to accounts my account that i paid for in morocco doesn’t work in france and they probably do that cause the pricing differs from region to region

I paid for a full year of Disney+ UK, but now that I’m in Morocco, they won’t let me use it and refuse to help. Customer service just keeps repeating “this is how it works” instead of actually providing a solution. @DisneyPlusHelp , why should I pay twice for the same service?

@DisneyPlus @DisneyPlusHelp I’m incredibly frustrated with the lack of support I’ve received. I’m still waiting for a solution to my Disney+ issue, and now my chat was closed without help!
