@Princess__Fiona My months long “cold” 10 years ago turned out to be ALL food allergy related! I had so many they couldn’t figure it out just through elimination, I had to do the allergy testing. Made ALL the difference in my life! Good luck

There's some other things going on that are leading them in this direction, but apparently food allergies can cause asthma-like symptoms. Who knew. 🤷🏻‍♀️

So I have had a cough for close to 3 months now, and we've tried everything to get rid of it, so now they're thinking it might be a food allergy and I have to give up dairy and gluten. I'm doing my prep for the week, and this is miserable. I want my cheese back!!
