Soooo, the Carolina Reapers I have on accident (meant to be red bell peppers,lol) yield 20-40 fruit each which means 40-80 peppers yielding 4-8 5oz bottles of molten lava hot sauce at 1.5 million scoville or 20 to 40 5oz bottles of still scorching hot every day sauce. I have to decide which to do and at the very least I will have a couple bottles to give away. Keep that in mind, bookmark this, or whatever you want if you're interested. Once I start harvesting I will start making batches. Of course, I will be posting progress of the plants so you'd have sauce you watched grow from the start!!! Yee haw!!!
