@FamousNB_ @BernieBrando Point 1 and 3 you mentioned as suggestions are already confirmed as things we will do next time. However, this should not be needed and I'm uncomfortable with UMoncton students bailing out the local Smash community like that.

Andy, @BernieBrando + the others that put these events on don't deserve the lack of community support when it comes to setting up and cleaning up.
We need to fix that.
I'm calling on myself, out of region attendees & especially the Moncton Ultimate community to do better!

For anyone unaware of what’s been happening with Atlantic Canada’s biggest weekly, this is a very good thread from the head TO himself.
Still baffles me with w/ Le Hub provides and they’re still struggling for help.
As an organizer I’d kill for the resources they have

It's not like I love the idea of a forced cap but what on earth do you expect us to do when we can hardly find volunteers for what is supposed to be one of the biggest weekly events in Canada? We've been begging for help from the community for 16 months and TLAN snapped

@Shuck3y @tmrLANparty Its not like we have been siting on our ass trying nothing. We simplified the setup process by like 10-fold and even secured permanent setups in the Student Center, a space that is highly coveted.
