@nnnpunnnpu That’s how I got mine back for few minutes and got it taken down again. Dm their rep @MetaTech_HR for help. That’s how I got mine reinstated.
@grubwithcrypto got disabled falsely too few days ago, support did nothing. You have to dm them directly @MetaTech_HR for help getting reinstated. That’s how I got mine back.
@xcore_mia I know a meta rep I was recommended to when I got suspended, ask him for help to get reinstated. This is his profile @MetaTech_HR just dm him your complaint.
@Instagram@Meta my account @xcore_mia was disabled on Jan 9 for CSE violations I only post fitness content. This is clearly an AI false positive that’s affecting thousands of creators. I need a human review of my case. #InstagramBan#FalsePositive#MetaBan
@_YoungRichLeek I know a meta rep I was recommended to when I got suspended, ask him for help to get reinstated. This is his profile @MetaTech_HR just dm him your complaint.
@ohyouisland Speak to their rep @MetaTech_HR
Instagram took down my account as well but he helped me get it back he works with meta, just dm him your compliant.
When the group chat name is “Me When I’m Text,” you know the vibes are right 😂 The cast of “Roommates” makes dorm door hangers in a new Close Friends Only: Speed Round 🚪
@VeronicaUecker The way accounts get disabled is unfair. Try contacting their rep, @MetaTech_HR for help, it worked for me. Just DM him your complaint.
@Meta@Facebook@Instagram I need help. My Facebook and Instagram were disabled after suspicious login attempts and I believe my accounts were compromised.
This has impacted my small business, Uecker’s Little Landing, and my ability to communicate with family.
I’ve followed all guidelines and can verify my identity right away. Please review my case.

@WSJ@AIatMeta is falsely accusing innocent people of wrong doing on @instagram and banning their accounts. The system is broken and there is no human oversight. I’ve lost 20 years of memories and family contacts over false accusations. Something needs to be done.
@dxrivera23 I know a meta rep I was recommended to when I got permanently disabled, ask him for help to get reinstated. This is his profile @MetaTech_HR
My Instagram account has been suspended and I’m currently seeking reinstatement.
If anyone has guidance or contacts that can help resolve this, I’d appreciate it.
Thank you.
@instagram my accounts and my wife accounts on Instagram Facebook Threads and I don’t know if any other accounts got suspended with no way to appeal and it’s telling me I have certain time to appeal we haven’t broken any rules and didn’t get any emails about the violation
@facebook Hi FB Support,
My Marketplace Account has been suspended since December 8. I received no email advising me why and when I go under Support it says "NO Violations". Because I am locked out, I cannot see posts to see what the problem is and I cannot ask for a review/App
@michaelinioluwa My instagram account has been disabled with admitting that under "UNKNOWN POLICY",& I have not received a clear explanation for this action by email even!
It is very frustrating that there is no accessible way to contact real human agent for support.
I need an explanation! @Meta
I just saw that Salem King’s Instagram account, along with many others across different countries, was disabled two days ago, and situations like this continue to expose how Meta handles account disabling, recovery, and support in a way that feels completely detached from the reality of what these platforms have become and what they now represent in people’s lives.
For many creators, these accounts are not just profiles or social spaces, they are their work. People wake up on a Monday morning and their job is content research, competitor analysis, ideation, understanding audience behaviour, and consistently showing up to serve a community they have spent years building, often from nothing, and through that process they generate income by connecting that community to brands that want to reach them. This is their livelihood.
To then have that account disabled for a vague reason like “does not follow our rules,” without clarity, without meaningful recourse, and without accessible support, shows either a deep lack of understanding on Meta's or a complete dismissal of the time, effort, and economic dependence tied to these platforms. It reduces years of consistent work into something that can be switched off overnight with little explanation. I hate this so much and it's always Meta. It's always Instagram. You rarely hear this about YouTube or other creator platforms.
What makes it worse is the imbalance of power. Creators are encouraged to build on these platforms, to invest their time, to grow communities, to rely on the systems provided, yet when something goes wrong, the same systems offer little to no human support to resolve it. And there's almost no way to call Meta to order.
This makes absolutely no sense and it is deeply frustrating to watch people lose access to their work overnight with no meaningful path to resolution.
