A dielectric fluid, electrically non-conductive & commercially available, is sprayed directly onto the surface of heat-generating components such as GPUs & CPUs. The fluid evaporates on contact (two-phase), and the vapour is captured in a sealed enclosure, condensed back to liquid using near ambient temperature fluid & recirculated in a closed loop. The system is designed to operate with ambient-temperature fluid and without a refrigeration or mechanical chiller⏪️ ⏩️The combination of chiller-free operation, no water at the electronics level, and the ability to run in high­ ambient temperature environments using commercially available, standard-rack-compatible hardware, targets precisely the constraints expected to shape #datacentre growth over the coming decade: escalating chip power density, the rising cost, scarcity of grid electricity & limited water availability.
