@SnackBioTech@LexWaters7@Afluatec Lex blocked me years ago after I said $GTII was a scam and sent him a screenshot of the company’s HQ, a 5"x8" mailbox inside a UPS Store, which is one of the most common OTC red flags imaginable.
Sure enough, GTII turned out to be a scam in practically every way possible, lmao.
If a company goes private, all outstanding shares must be bought back at a set price, requiring short sellers to close their positions. If "naked shorts" exist, they must be converted into cash at the buyout price -Google
$GDC.
If they decide to go private, $10.75 is still a win
Oh cool. So you can post your gains? We’ve done this song and dance multiple times. You keep thinking that a chart with pump and dumps means you’re correct for some reason. Even though I was always saying they are pump and dumps (scams)
You can shut me up by posting ANY gains on $Fngr or $gdc. Otherwise you’re just a fool. Which I bet you are.
I just realized $GDC pre-approved a reverse split in December 2025 by unanimous vote, before the $300M share offering on 4/29/26. Feels eerily like the same set up $WOK did before their prospectus, dilution and reverse splits in 2025. Sorry, I don’t create the filings. I just comment on them because people act confused about the price.
@Tony_Denaro@wmkappy Like all scams, the writing is on the wall if you take more than 10 minutes to read filings. It’s always impressive/depressing to see people spend 20 hours per week reading bullshit instead. $GDC
@wmkappy@SnackBioTech If there was “no need” then explain why $GDC filed a $300 million equity offering a week ago or any of the management notes (below) in the quarterly updates.
@Afluatec If the committee takes the offer at 10.75, there is a 2 month window five or take for the majority of the minority to approve. IMO it screams well over 10.75
Why? $BTC is an asset not a strategy. If the company is diluting shares, producing no revenue and paying themselves then why would the BTC holdings be worth anything?
They need to have a revenue source,
Otherwise it’s just a bank account that they keep pulling from.
At least treasuries have yield which is how $GME has made money on their cash.
Stock ownership is forward looking. I’ll pay you today for growth tomorrow.
@Farmerboynate@Frankkiy@Sadyzgirl No. Who is “they” and how does pumping price help them? How do they pump the price?
Can you name a single company that has made a financing deal 90% below current price at the time of the deal?
fixed price of 94 cents and only 1 million can be converted per month, generally if they got shares at 94 cents they will pump the price before they sell those shares guess you've guys haven't seen real toxic debt where the company sells shares 90% under current price that's what true death financing is
