I just realized $GDC pre-approved a reverse split in December 2025 by unanimous vote, before the $300M share offering on 4/29/26. Feels eerily like the same set up $WOK did before their prospectus, dilution and reverse splits in 2025. Sorry, I don’t create the filings. I just comment on them because people act confused about the price.

@SnackBioTech @wmkappy These people don't even read management disclosures to investors in an SEC filed document then want to come talk smack on social media. The disclosures that prevent you from suing them after a rug pull. Will have to learn the hard way real DD starts by reading the filings.

Why? $BTC is an asset not a strategy. If the company is diluting shares, producing no revenue and paying themselves then why would the BTC holdings be worth anything? They need to have a revenue source, Otherwise it’s just a bank account that they keep pulling from. At least treasuries have yield which is how $GME has made money on their cash. Stock ownership is forward looking. I’ll pay you today for growth tomorrow.
