@19Belitikad76 Hi Trainer! After you claim a Twitch Drop, go to "rewards.pokemon.com" and select View Inventory. Then find the drop and select "Show Code". Once you redeem the code you should see the Timed Research in your app. Know more here: bit.ly/3WI6ndy Thank you! ^GK

@NianticHelp I linked my trainer club with my twitch account. Watch for over 30 minutes. When I went to get my drop it said there was an error. When I went back in after reloading it says it was claimed … but I did not get a code to claim the special research.

Tried to do a short launch, in all tries.

Hi @NianticHelp we are experiencing an issue with the game, pokebaks are launched like bullets even when i try to do a short range launch it always launch with full force and pass over any pokemon, or it's keep at the bottom not allowing to launch it attached a video

@NianticHelp hi my game was ok until yesterday, now when I try to play receive a gift or take a picture of my partner pokemon I only get this error but it was working perfectly 2 days ago, what's the problem??

In game support just told me to download all the game resources, reboot the game etc, which will not solve the problek

@NianticHelp Hi @NianticHelp since this update, gyms lose the raid hour when is another egg in place, before, raid hour started once the other raid go away, on the creselia raid I didn't got any because there were lvl 1 and 3 eggs in the two gyms in my area, and today heatran only 1 gym

Trainers, thank you to those that participated in our Raid Hour test in January! Due to the positive sentiment and engagement during these tests, Raid Hour Raid Battle cycles will be adjusted per Gym to allow for more Raids. This will start with the Road to Sinnoh event.

@NianticHelp trainers club pokemon is not working for login in Pokemon go app, my kid is not able to login the app there is any problem?

@NianticHelp @EthanLansangan Hi my kid did few raids with me during the affected time for this, I received the apology bundle in the store but my kid didn't get it, I sent multiple claims thought the in-game support but didn't get the problem solved.
